Wrists
Left and right wrists: 1 appliqué on outer and 1 appliqué on inner side of each wrist.
Effects:
• Left wrist: noticeable improvement in mobility and less discomfort between radius and scaphoid bones associated with chronic tendonitis and osteoarthritis.
• Left wrist: disappearance of bone spur on radius bone.
• Both hands: immediately diminished sensations of numbness, tingling, associated with repetitive strain injury.
• Both hands: sensations of cooling and visible diminishment of swelling and inflammation in finger joints affected by rheumatoid arthritis.
Ankles
Left and right ankles: 1 appliqué on outer and 1 appliqué on inner side of each ankle, below the bone.

Bug Bites
My feet had ant and other insect bites that were itching badly. I covered every hurting spot with an appliqué.
Effects:
• The discomfort disappeared rapidly. When I removed the appliqué, it began to itch again.
Musculoskeletal
Right hip front and rear: 1 appliqué on front and 1 appliqué on rear of right hip.
Effects:
• Natural correction of a lifelong spinal curvature that was putting pressure on my right hip and knee. The cracking and popping in my hip joint and knee that I have always felt during normal walking disappeared immediately.
