Subconscious Self

We talk to ourselves at the rate of 150-300 words a minute, or, nearly 50,000 thoughts per day. This internal thinking, or, SELF TALK, occurs through the conscious area of our mind.

Does all 'Self talk' become instructions to your Subconscious Self within the DNA energy code in each of the cells of your Gut-brain, located within the Solar Plexus Chakra?

When the objective mind has been satisfied that the thought is true, it is sent to the Solar Plexus, the brain of the subjective mind, to be brought into the world as a reality.

It is then no longer susceptible to any argument whatever. The subconscious mind cannot argue, it only acts. It accepts the conclusions of the reasoning, objective mind as final.

These are two levels of the same mindset. What we say to ourselves or how we may describe ourselves to others, occurs through the conscious level of thought.

If we are repeatedly saying:
• “I can never remember names.”
• “My marriage is falling apart.”
• “I never seem to have enough money”, etc., etc..

These statements become “instructions” to the subconscious which will bring these “instructions” into daily reality.

The subconscious mind is a part of the Gut-mind, which through the Solar Plexus is connected to the consciousness of your Star, which is linked to the Cosmic Consciousness. The Cosmic Mind is the creative principle of the Universe.

A fractal of it is the same in kind and quality as the whole. Thus the fractal's creative power is unlimited and not bound by any kind of precedent, and consequently has no prior existing pattern by which to apply its constructive principle.

Since the subconscious mind is responsive to our conscious will, the unlimited creative power of the universal Cosmic Mind is within reach of the conscious mind of each individual.

Changing Your Thoughts will Change Your Life

Through the data input we received as small children from our parents, siblings, and others, we began to form some perspectives about who we were, areas that we seemed to excel in and areas where we simply came up short.

At about 6 years of age, much of our early self concepts had been formed. They weren’t formed by the words we heard from others, but by how we interpreted those words with the Talk to our Self, embedded in code of our DNA.

Our self concept determines our level of performance in any area of our lives. We have hundreds of individual self concepts. You may have a high self concept of yourself as a skater: “I am an excellent skater.” Conversely, you may have a low self concept as a golfer: “I am a lousy golfer.”

If you want to improve your level of effectiveness in any area of your life, you need to improve your self concept in that particular area, by deliberately creating new language that very specifically describes your desired results.

Look in the mirror. Which concept of Self do you talk to?
